Beach Access and Parking
Holme-next-the-Sea beach is accessible via footpaths from the nearby village or through the Holme Dunes Nature Reserve. Parking is available at the reserve, where a small fee helps support the conservation efforts. From the car park, its a short walk through the dunes to reach the beach. Or you can take the Beach Road all the way to the golf course where there are lots of parking spaces for about £5 for the day. You then walk over the golf course and sand dunes to the beach.
Local Dining and Places to Eat
The White Horse at Holme-next-the-Sea is a Grade II listed pub with bookable tables in the restaurant and walk-in space at the bar. Dogs are welcome A short drive away are lots of other pubs and cafes such as The Lifeboat Inn and The Orange Tree. Perfect places to relax and refuel after a day on the beach.
Walking from Holme
Holme is the meeting point of the Peddars Way and the Norfolk Coast Path. From the beach you can walk 3 miles west to Hunstanton or carry on all the way to Snettisham. If you turn east you can walk to the Burnhams and Holkham.
