Explore Holkham Hall and Estate
Holkham Hall, an 18th-century Palladian masterpiece, is at the heart of the Holkham Estate. Visitors can tour the stunning interiors, learn about the Coke family’s history, and enjoy the beautiful walled garden and surrounding deer park.
Holkham Hall grounds is a great place for a walk or cycle. Our campers often spend the day there. For kids the woodland adventure play area is great fun. You can hire bikes, a boat for a trip on the lake or try out the Ropes Course. This is where you can embark on a treetop adventure over wobbly crossings, swinging bridges, see saws and best of all zip wires to get you safely back on the ground.
Where to Eat: The Lookout Café and More
For a delicious meal or snack with a view, The Lookout Café is a must-visit. Located at the edge of Holkham Nature Reserve, it offers locally sourced food, drinks, and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Alternatively, enjoy a hearty meal at The Victoria Inn or stop by the Holkham Courtyard Café for light bites and refreshments. All are dog-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome to join.
