At Fakenham Fairways Caravan & Camping Park, we take pride in offering a peaceful, family-run retreat. Whether you arrive with a tent, campervan, motorhome, trailer tent, or caravan, you’ll find a warm welcome and a relaxing space to enjoy the great outdoors.
Conveniently nestled in the heart of North Norfolk, just outside the charming market town of Fakenham, our park is the perfect base for exploration. Here, you’ll be close to spectacular beaches, scenic walking trails, and an abundance of wildlife. Additionally, the rolling countryside, historic houses, and vibrant market towns ensure there’s always something to discover.

We offer 50 spacious pitches, featuring a mix of flat, well-drained grass and hardstandings. Additionally, some jumbo pitches are available for extra space. Many of our pitches also have hedges in between, providing added privacy and a more secluded feel.
When it comes to power, you have options. Choose between a 10amp or 16amp electric hook-up, or, if you prefer a more traditional camping experience, unplug completely and leave your devices behind.
Washing, playing and relaxing
At Fakenham Fairways, we offer camping and caravanning with you and your holiday in mind. Whether you prefer a quiet retreat or a family-friendly space, we have the perfect pitch for you. Choose a spot in our peaceful adult area or settle into the family field, which sits next to the enclosed play area—safely distanced from adult camping. Here, children have plenty of space to run, throw, and kick about. Plus, they love using it as a meeting place to relax and make new friends.
For your convenience, we provide two shower and toilet blocks, along with a small undercover area equipped with sinks for washing up. Additionally, you’ll find an ice block freezer and a chemical disposal point to make your stay even easier.
Need a break from camping chairs? Our large reception area offers cozy sofas where you can unwind. While you’re there, enjoy free Wi-Fi and treat yourself to a freshly ground bean-to-cup coffee, an ice cream, a local beer, or a glass of wine.
We happily welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per group. However, we kindly ask that they remain on a lead and under control at all times on-site. For their comfort, we provide a short dog walk with plenty of bins—perfect for those early morning and late-night strolls.

These are the costs per night per pitch. Price includes pitch for 2 people and a car. Where space permits 1 awning or gazebo is included in the price.

Other things you need to know
Please remember, Fakenham Fairways is a quiet campsite. If you’re looking for late nights or parties, this may not be the place for you. To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful and relaxing stay, we have a strict no-noise policy after 10:30 p.m. Additionally, we limit bookings to a maximum of two pitches per group, with no more than four people per pitch. This helps keep our facilities comfortable and uncrowded.
We love the smell of BBQs! While fire pits are also welcome, we kindly ask that they are fully extinguished by 10:30 p.m. However, please note that disposable BBQs are not permitted.
Your pitch price includes either an awning or a gazebo, depending on space availability. Additionally, you may park one car on your pitch. If you bring an extra vehicle, we have a car park available for a small fee of £2 per night. However, we do not accept commercial or sign-written vehicles, including panel vans.
We are here to welcome you on your arrival day between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you need to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. On departure day, we kindly ask that you vacate your pitch by 11:30 a.m.
