Hen and stag parties are not accepted. Groups bookings of 2 or more units are not permitted.
Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times and not left unattended. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
The site operates a quiet policy after 10:30pm until 7:30am and there is no access on or off site during this time.
Open fires are not permitted. Barbecues must be raised off the ground.
Commercial and sign-written vehicles are not permitted.
Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £25 secures your booking, with the remaining balance of £xx to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
No refunds or discounts are offered for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. Cancellations must be advised in writing with at least 2 weeks notice (before your balance payment becomes due). Once due, the balance is non-refundable.

*When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
*Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
*Occupancy Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted.
*No hen/stag parties permitted.
*Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30pm and 7:30am. No vehicle must be moved during this time and there is no access on or off site between 10:30pm and 7:30pm.
*Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume.
*Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
*No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
*Dogs:1 well behaved dog is permitted. Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
*The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
*Dogs must not be left unattended in your tent or caravan.
*Cancellation Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable.
*Non-availability of Pitch: We would only cancel your holiday if your pitch was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would refund all monies paid by your for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
*Arrival: You can arrive at anytime between 1pm and 8pm. Outside of these times please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
*Pitches will be allocated on arrival. You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
*Departure: Please leave your pitch by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Please try to leave the pitch as clean as possible.
*Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
*Data: Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer.
*Safety: Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
*Vehicles Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
*Visitors: Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee. Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site. Visitors must not arrive before 10am and must leave site by 8pm.
