Booking Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy
Welcome, and thank you for choosing Fakenham Fairways Caravan and Camping Site. Below are our terms & conditions & refund policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please note that by making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Just So You Know
- Hen and stag parties are not accepted, and group bookings of two or more units traveling together are not permitted.
- Dogs must always be kept on leads and supervised. Breeds or crossbreeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not allowed. Dogs must not be left unattended.
- A quiet policy is in place from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM. During these hours, vehicles may not be moved, and there is no site access.
- Open fires are prohibited, but barbecues are allowed if they are raised off the ground and attended.
- Commercial or sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Refund Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of £20 secures your booking, with the balance payable two weeks before arrival.
- Refunds are not available for bad weather, late arrivals, or early departures.
- Cancellations must be made in writing with at least two weeks’ notice. Once the balance is due, it becomes non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
- Admission: Guests must register at reception upon arrival.
- Behavior: The management reserves the right to refuse access or terminate a stay if guest behavior is unsuitable. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours must be observed from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM. No vehicle movement or access is allowed during this time. Radios, music, and TVs must be kept at a low volume.
- Dogs: Only one well-behaved dog per booking is permitted. Dogs must remain on leads, supervised, and are not allowed to be left unattended. Dangerous breeds or crossbreeds are not accepted.
- Pitches: Pitches will be allocated upon arrival. Please follow management’s instructions when setting up your tent, caravan, or equipment.
- Arrival and Departure: Arrive between 1 PM and 8 PM, and leave your pitch by 11 AM on departure day unless otherwise arranged.
- Safety: Barbecues must be raised off the ground and supervised by an adult. Open fires are not allowed.
- Vehicles: Commercial or sign-written vehicles are not allowed on-site.
- Visitors: Visitors must register at reception, pay any required fees, and leave by 6 PM. Visitors’ cars are not allowed on-site.
Cancellation and Liability
- In the rare event of pitch unavailability due to reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be issued. However, our liability does not extend beyond the refund.
- We do not accept responsibility for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our proven negligence.
