Hen and stag parties are not accepted. Groups bookings of 2 or more units are not permitted.
Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times and not left unattended. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
The site operates a quiet policy after 10:30pm until 7:30am and there is no access on or off site during this time.
Open fires are not permitted. Barbecues must be raised off the ground.
Commercial and sign-written vehicles are not permitted.

Fakenham Fairways welcomes visitors from late March to late October. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays. You can book your pitch at Fakenham Fairways online, call us at 01328 856614, use the contact page, or email [email protected].

What You Need to Know

Deposits and Payment: When booking please provide us with as many details as possible so that we can get you the most appropriate pitch. You will also be asked for a £20 non-refundable deposit. If your holiday is within two weeks of booking, full payment will be required.

Security Barrier: Our site features a barrier system to maintain a safe and secure environment. Your final bill will include an additional £20 which is a deposit for the barrier card. This will be refunded when you return it at the end of your stay.

Pitch Allocation: We allocate pitches randomly upon booking. If you have a preference, please inform us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, specific pitches cannot be guaranteed.
